Thanks to everyone who joined the walk, some with their own dogs, some walking dogs who are looking for their forever homes. Over 50 hounds and their families attended and one of the adoptable dogs was chosen and will soon be on her way to her new home. Thank you Rose for the lovely photos.

Join us at Ferry Meadows on Sunday 23rd August for a lovely walk around the lakes. We meet at approx 9:45am by the Lakeside Cafe and you can choose the long or the short route.

Another chance to meet up with our hounds for a lovely walk in beautiful surroundings. What to expect: We meet at the big fountain behind the Main Office at 10:45am (earlier than the normal because of the hot weather) We set off at about 11:00 (allowing for stragglers) after lots of chatting and sniffing and tail wagging. Thank you to everyone who attended the Bramble Ramble this weekend. A lovely walk with 25 plus hounds, some looking for homes. The weather was kind to us, with a refreshing breeze to keep the hounds cool. The best news is that one lucky hound may well have found her forever home! Thank you to Rose for the lovely photo - and well done for wrangling everyone into line!
